What is Rideloop?
Rideloop is an adult seated electric scooter with a 500W motor, a 48V 10.4Ah battery, a rear basket and a portable folding design, made for commuting and grocery runs.
How fast does it go?
Rideloop reaches a top speed of up to 22 mph.
How far can it go on one charge?
The rated range is 21 to 27 miles per charge. Real range depends on rider weight, hills, speed, temperature and how much you use the motor, so plan your daily trip around the lower number.
What comes with it?

Is the phone holder and cable lock really free?
Yes. Both are included at no extra cost with your scooter while the offer is running.
Is it comfortable to ride for a full trip?
Rideloop has a padded saddle seat and an upright stem, so you ride seated instead of standing the whole way.
Where can I ride it?
Rules for electric scooters differ by country, state and city, including speed limits, where you may ride and age limits. Please check your local laws before riding.
Should I wear a helmet?
Yes. We recommend a helmet on every ride, and many places require one.
Can I carry my pet in the basket?
Rideloop has a pet-friendly design with a rear basket. Only carry a pet that fits comfortably, keep it secure, ride slowly, and make sure it is safe and legal where you ride. Ask your vet if you are unsure.
How do I charge it?
Plug the charger into the scooter and then into a wall outlet. Charge indoors on a hard, dry surface, keep it away from anything flammable, and do not leave it charging unattended.
What battery does it use?
A 48V 10.4Ah rechargeable battery.
How do I get the best range?
Keep your tires properly inflated, avoid fast starts on hills and charge the battery fully before longer trips.
Does it fold?
Yes. Rideloop has a portable folding design, so you can store it at home or take it with you.
Can I carry it in a car?
The folded frame is made to be stored and transported. Check the folded size in the specs on the product page against your trunk before you order.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times are shown at checkout after you enter your address. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
